But for whatever reason, Assult on dark athena just will not run. Which, leads me to this is a broken gog port to an extent. I just fixed it, and wanted to be sure the onboard gpu worked. It is a small gog file, and was trying to use it on a friends laptop. Would there be a way to change that in an. I wonder if someone here could even figure out how to do it? If HDMI is plugged in, it automatically disables the 1080p, option. I don't understand why GoG won't get rid of this last bit of obnoxious DRM. I'm guessing when you initially played it you were doing so with a different cable and now you've switched to an HDMI cable. So I'm stuck playing it on my 17" monitor instead of my 50" plasma. But if it even so much as SENSES you have HDMI plugged in, no HD options appear. If you run it with DVI the 1080P option becomes available immediately. If you're using an HDMI cable it will not run in HD (not even 720p). It's the remnants of the nasty DRM that was in the game and that GoG did a fairly poor job stripping. Simbo82: I had this game when it was first released, and could run it in 1080p no problem, but now I can't get it to go higher than 1360x something, really annoying have tried everything to fix this, every other.
